Before Covid hit, we already we had planned to make a performance about logistics and to deliver ourselves to your homes. In previous projects in the port of Hamburg we experienced logistical zones as places we are not allowed to enter. Zones that are not public. And the uncanny thing is that these zones are expanding, not only in the port, but everywhere, without us noticing – not least because people are ordering more and more things to their homes.

When the logistical zone ends at your front door then there is no public left between the non-public zone of logistics and the non-public zone of the home, no place from where the logic of logistics can be observed, or logistical space can be reclaimed.Because everything has been pulled together in a few clicks and in the performance of unboxing that everyone then again watches online.
